Huge and beautiful apartment walking distance from the center
In short, this is an absolutely stunning property at a very reasonable price. My fiancé and I didn’t know quite what to expect as there were no reviews at the time of booking, but we were blown away by how large and gorgeous the apartment was. It is beautifully decorated with paintings and murals and features a large living room and bedroom with double-high ceilings. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge/freezer, oven, etc. The apartment has a lovely fenced in garden in the back as well. Additionally, all of these rooms were very clean.
The neighborhood felt safe and residential. Even though we arrived at about 1am, we didn’t feel particularly nervous standing out front for a few minutes. The apartment is about a 40 minute walk to the Duomo and about a 8 minute walk away from a Carrefour. Moreover, there is a tram stop a couple minutes away, making the center of the city very accessible for those who don’t want to walk so long.
The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating to us. We arrived late at night and were delayed by about an hour due to issues with our bus. However, the hosts were still very friendly letting us in and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience with this listing and it would be first on our list of places to stay if we visit Milan again
