Lovely 1 Bedroom Condo & Bath with ceramic tile throughout. Furnished and stocked with necessities for your vacation, including Wi-Fi. Fully air conditioned as well as ceiling fans in bedroom & living room. Equipped with washer & dryer, fridge & stove, microwave, dishwasher & filtered drinking water system. Located in a secured gated complex with a year round heated pool, hot tub & fitness gym (all right next to condo). Lots of green space and outdoor gas BBQ grills. Assigned covered parking spot right in front of condo, extra visitor parking nearby. Fantastic location to sports venues, shopping, bars, restaurants, movie theatres and entertainment. As well, grocery stores, gas bars & fast food eateries all nearby. Close to NFL (Football Stadium), Westgate Entertainment District and Spring Training Baseball. NASCAR (Phoenix International Raceway), golf & hiking are roughly 20 to 30 minutes drive. So many great activities to keep you busy or if you prefer to relax, spend some time by the resort style pool and hot tub!

Hello! Are names are Dan & Patsy. We are from a small northern city where the winters are cold, and have been enjoying coming to Arizona for over the last 15 years or more. We just love the area, the people, and there is always so much to do and see. We always leave Arizona wishing we could stay just a little bit longer as it's warm and sunny, and just feels like our second home. We could go on and on about how much we love the place, but instead we invite you to come and experience it for yourself.
Why they chose this property
We chose to buy in this area as it's close to the things we enjoy. The condo is only a 5 min drive from the Cardinal's NFL football stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District. In this area there are many hotels, bars and restaurants to choose from. There is an Event Arena that hosts many high-end events and concerts. There is an AMC movie theater, a Comedy club and even an Escape Room. You will also find unique shops and family entertainment. And if that isn't enough, right across the street is the Tanger Outlet Shopping Mall. If you enjoy Spring Training Baseball, the Dodger's & Whitesox's stadium is very close, and if you enjoy hiking there are many choices of beautiful trails located a short drive away.
What makes this property unique
We enjoy this condo for a few reasons. It's just a hop, skip & jump away from the pool area, fitness room (in Clubhouse) and BBQ grill. The condo is comfortable, with some updates. It is conveniently located close to the main entrance, making it quick & easy to enter and leave. We even love walking next door to Sonic to grab either an awesome shake or sundae for a treat or go for a Starbucks just a short walk down the street!
