Individual house with free parking/Netflix next to EPFL Lausanne
This beautiful individual villa is close to the city and amenities (supermarket, metro, EPFL, the SwissTech Convention Center, restaurants, etc). It consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is fully equipped with a private terrace and large garden. Two outdoor parking spaces for free. You will enjoy the proximity of nature, the Leman Lake, and the city. The house is located in a quiet and nuisance-free area; parties/events are strictly prohibited. Our house is mainly for comfortable overnight sleeps; Our small living area is not suitable for big gatherings.
This villa composed of 2 floors is distributed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A fully fitted kitchen open to a dining/living room access to a large terrace. It incluses fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary kitchen accessories, big dining table with extension

- A bedroom with 140cm*200cm bed; direct access to the beautiful garden
- A laundry room with washer, dryer, and iron
- A sofa bed (110cm*200cm) in living area
