Nous sommes content de l'espace de l’appartement et de sa situation dans la ville, la description est OK et l'appartement refait à neuf est plutôt joli. Mais nous avons des difficultés pendant notre séjour avec l’électricité. A notre arrivée (un samedi soir) nous avons lancé TV+Plaque+ Four faisant disjoncté le système de l'appartement. (Il faut en fait attendre une minute avec le disjoncteur éteint pour pouvoir relancer le tout). Nous n'avions aucune info sur la remise en route pas de contact d'urgence, nous avons passé 2 heures dans le noir complet, plus de lumière, plus d'eau chaude, plus d'internet.....et aucun moyen de contacter personne car aucun contact d'urgence à disposition. Par chance nous avons trouvé nous même comment finalement régler ce soucis. L’appartement appartient à une agence, pas de contact, pas de manuel d'accueil pour les usagers sur les procédures ou usage de l'appartement.
