Amazing 2 Bedroom apartment - Playa del Duque

Welcome to our renovated cozy apartment with a large terrace and great sea views of the Western Islands. Situated in a quiet urbanization in the most exclusive area of southern Tenerife and just a short walk away from Playa del Duque. The urbanization has a heated pool and is close to most of the golf courses on the island. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms (one en-suite). It has Wi-Fi and optional parking if required. Shopping centres, restaurants, and supermarkets are nearby, with everything you need to feel at home.

The apartment is ideal for outside living although nothing has been left out inside. An optimum living/ dining area with direct access to the porch and the large terrace which can also be accessed from the bedrooms. The terrace also has a dining area and another chill-out area to relax with great sea views, the coastline, and La Gomera island in the distance. The apartment has 2 good-sized bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, one of them an en-suite, a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances. It is well laid out, comfortable, and spacious with all services close at hand, as well as everything you need to enjoy during your stay and so have a great holiday in the south of Tenerife.

Apartment recently renovated with air conditioning and fans. The bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom are attractive and spacious, and both with sea-views. Only 20 minutes from Tenerife South Airport.

There is a heated communal pool and optional covered parking space, as well as WIFI and a smart TV with international channels. The apartment is close to the small town of La Caleta, where you will find magnificent restaurants and the del Duque beach is just a 5-minute walk. There are several golf courses within a 15-minute drive. We offer a complete guarantee of strict hygiene and disinfection measures before and after every client, according to those recommended by the authorities and national organizations.

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location. Beautifully clean and has everything you need. The complex is spotless and the pool was lovely and clean (and warm!)What absolutely surpassed our expectations was how brilliant our hosts were! From our walm welcome when we arrived (even though we were late after a delayed flight) to recommendations and help throughout the trip with taxis etc. 5/5 - would highly recommend this place to anyone! Excellent Apartment - Highly Recommended

The apartment complex is peaceful with well maintained communal areas and gardens, plus a great pool area for relaxation. The apartment is nicely furnished, with modern facilities and it is extremely clean. The balcony is spacious with great views of the sea and evening sunsets. The hosts were very welcoming and extremely hospitable throughout our staythroughout

Superb Apartment

This super apartment ticking all the boxes! Fantastic view of the ocean from a very large and spacious balcony accessed from the two bedrooms and kitchen/lounge. The interior had everything you needed along with a utility room with a washing machine. Also a large selection of TV channels especially for watching sport. The hosts were superb and addressed any issues we had very quickly. They were simply lovely and they could not have done more for us during our month long stay. Highly recommended apartment with a fantastic swimming poor in a great location.

This was one of the best kitchens I have experienced during a private apartment stay we have had, it had every thing we needed as a family.The apartment was spotless the owners even left us provisions to clean ourselves ( even though they told us not to ha ha ) the patio area was amazing and had the sun on it from around 10.30 and with the use of sun beds provided it was great to spend time there later in the day, although the pool area was amazing with sun beds always available so no need to worry about this you could get beds at any time of the day, the apartment had decent Wi-fi and great tv with uUI football and UK tv channels.I would advise to book the garage below the apartment as space on the streets is hit and miss.The owners themselves are truly amazing and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had everything we needed to make sure we had a great holiday, they where so accommodating from the time we arrived to the moment we left thank you for an amazing stay.Best regards Bob & Cindy

Wonderful stay and fantastic hosts

What do you think? Our time spent in Tenerife this October was lovely. Our hosts Merry Jo and Raffa met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated, very much to our taste and spotlessly clean. It accommodated 3 people perfectly. The onsite pool, is large and it wasn’t too crowded at this time of year. We managed to get a sun lounger every time we popped down. If we didn’t fancy the pool we had the option of sitting on our veranda which had sun for most of the day. The sunrise and sunsets were superb from the balcony. The apartment is located in a great part of Tenerife, close to the shops and a couple of restaurants and we walked along the beach front to various other beaches and restaurants every day. Mery Jo and Raffa were totally accommodating throughout our weeks stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and were a joy to have known. Gym, taxi, and restaurant suggestions, yoga matts and an extra sun lounger on the balcony. We will be back.
