Great place

This was in a great location and was a very cozy and quiet stay. It was in a quiet neighborhood and a quick bus ride away from all major attractions. The food in the neighborhood by the place was excellent.

Perfectly tucked away for a quiet stay, but a short walk (even with suitcases!) from the train station. Sooo many good restaurants nearby, and the welcome book had great suggestions!

Everything was perfect.

My BF and I initially booked for 3 days but had to stay another night and they were very accommodating to our schedule. The location is less than 1/2 mile from Roma Termini and there’s restaurant and stores all around. Even caught the hop on, hop off bus to get around the city. Wouldn’t mind staying again. Thank you for making our stay comforting.

Everything was nice. The room and private bathroom were clean. Host was very accommodating and answered any question promptly. The only draw back was the area was not the nicest and it’s a bit far from the center but it is near a large train and metro station. Worth the money.

I think we ended up getting upgraded for some reason so we ended up on the 3rd floor and it WAS SPECTACULAR. We had a private balcony all to ourselves and it wasn't just a slice of concrete out of a window - it fit a table for 6 and had rooms for plants around it.  Since it was warm both nights we were there, we sat out and had wine / limoncello before bed. I could see being in this place for a few nights, but a week may be pushing it.  It wasn't that big.  The house was nice, clean etc. and just far enough away from the city center that we felt like were in more of a neighborhood.  It was about a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum.

Great Experience!

Me and my husband stayed here for two nights. We were allowed to drop off our bags around 9am and come back to check in at 7pm so we could go out explore. We also washed our clothes here. If you are coming from the United States, note that the washer is smaller than what you are probably use to. Also there was no dryer. But we used the clothes lines. Rowena the host moved our clothes under shelter when it started to rain and then put the back in the sun without being asked while we were gone which we really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was recently remodeled and even had rainfall shower heads, music player, and lights. We really enjoyed our stay here. The grounds are nice with lots of flowers. There was a two step locking system- a gate to the property and a regular lock for the room. This property is definitely worth the price! There are dogs on the property indoors that would sometimes bark as we passed but no noise complaints from us, even at night! There was also a variety breakfast in the room which we enjoyed. Overall 10/10

Muy cómodo y bonito

Se trata de un edificio con varias habitaciones, en nuestro caso nos tocó una en la parte baja del edificio. La habitación es muy cómoda y dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy agradable. Cuidaron mucho de los detalles y nos ofrecieron ayuda en todo lo que pudimos necesitar. El personal fue de lo más amable del mundo, adaptándose a nuestras horas de entrada y salida. La ubicación, aunque el barrio no de muy buena impresión de primeras, es bastante buena y está muy bien conectado con el centro de Roma. En general, volveríamos sin duda.

Location à Rome

Situé à 15min à pieds de la gare Termini cette chambre avec salle de bain pour 2pers est juste idéalement placée, on peut y deposer les valises à l arrivée et demarrer la visite de la ville dans la foulée, Nous avions un lit fait, des serviettes ainsi que tout ce qu il faut pour le petit déjeuner avec accès à une terrasse/patio équipé d une vraie kitchenette extérieure, vraiment top! Endroit calme, ce qui est reposant après la foule de la journée. Je conseille vraiment cette location, rapport qualité/prix vous ne trouverez pas mieux, bravo

Une impression de Coloc plus qu'un logement de vacances

L'emplacement de la Casa Caudi est très pratique à 30 min à pieds du Colisée ou de la Fontaine de Trévi, proche gare, dans un quartier agréable. Les + : quartier calme, emplacement, extérieur. Le - : L'annonce laisse à penser un confort de chambre d'hôte dans une maison de caractère remise au goût du jour. La réalité est toute autre, une chambre avec un lit d'appoint inconfortable dans peu d'espace. Une promiscuité avec les hôtes digne d'une colocation, lumière permanente à travers la porte non calfeutrée qui donne dans le couloir, bruit de toilette (comme si on y était) et des conversation jusqu'après minuit. Si le lieu est bien placé la chambre ne présente pas un bon rapport qualité prix et ne répond pas aux attentes d'un logement de vacances où se reposer.
