The summer house has been designed with a focus on both comfort and aesthetics, and it features a modern black wooden façade complemented by large windows that allow the North Jutland light to flood in, creating a bright and open atmosphere. On warm days, you can open the doors to the large, sunny wooden terrace and enjoy the view to the fullest. The house has four bedrooms, distributed between the main house and a separate annex, providing both privacy and flexibility. The heart of the house is the large, open kitchen/family room and living room, where there is space for socializing, cooking, meals, games, or relaxing in front of the TV. From here, you have sea views to the east, south, and west, providing unique light and an exceptional atmosphere throughout the room. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, while the integrated washer-dryer combo provides extra convenience. The house is equipped with an air-to-air heat pump and underfloor heating in the bathroom, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate all year round. The annex building is ideal for guests and offers two large rooms, both with views of the magnificent landscape. One room has a double bed, bunk bed, TV, and Chromecast, while the other room has a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed, as well as a TV and Chromecast. The annex building also has electric panels and underfloor heating in the toilet, making it a perfect place to stay for both family and friends. The cottage's large wooden terrace is undoubtedly one of its most attractive features – here you can enjoy the fantastic surroundings and impressive sea views. With several sections on the terrace, you can find the perfect spot, whether you want to sit in the sun or find shelter from the wind. The covered part of the terrace makes it possible to stay outside even when the weather requires a little protection. There are also practical advantages such as an electric car charging point (type 2) on the north gable of the house, making it easy to charge your electric car during your stay.
