We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, this charming flat with sight sea, at less than one kilometre of the beach and being able to accomodate comfortably 5 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor, it consists of a nice living room, a semi-open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony to enjoy the beauty of the city. Sheets and towels are extra, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with a large screen TV (more than 300 channels), a sofa and a bar opening onto the kitchen.
- A fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, crockery and cutlery...
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) and a TV with Bluray player.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a TV with Bluray player.
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, high chair, fan, ironing board and iron.

By booking this flat, you will be able to enjoy the following facilities during your stay:
- A south-facing balcony to enjoy the beautiful days with terrace furniture, sea view at 300 m as well as the village.

Die Lage war perfekt; ein paar Schritte vom Meer, Interdiscount und Zentrum entfernt. Die Küche war extrem gut ausgestattet. Wir haben das Willkommensgeschenk geschätzt. Die Kinder fanden das Netflix/Disneyabo toll. Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Les-Saintes-Maries-de-la-mer verbracht. 🙁 Wir haben die Wohnung für 5 Personen reserviert, aber unsere älteste Tochter konnte kurzfristig nicht mitkommen. Für 5 Personen wäre die Wohnung meiner meiner Meinung nach zu klein. Das Wlan funktionierte nicht

Der Kontakt war sehr nett und wir konnten schon früh in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist toll geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Für uns mit das schönste war der Meerblick. Morgens Balkon Tür auf und da ist es. Die Lage ist super zentral man ist sofort überall und trotzdem Abends absolut ruhig auch wegen der guten Fenster. Es ist alles gut isoliert sodas es nie zu warm war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Magnifique séjour en terres camarguaises grâce à François & Isabelle !
Nous sommes une bande d'ami.e.s ayant passé un séjour magnifique grâce à l'appartement de François & Isabelle Solleder, situé en plein centre des Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, à 2 min. à pied d'un supermarché, et 5 min. de la mer et des meilleurs restaurants de la ville. L'appartement est relativement petit, mais confortable, bien aménagé et tout y est : ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, lave-vaisselle, même de quoi faire de la raclette/ fondue ! Jean-Luc et Madame Diaz ont été adorables : MERCI :)

A couple who have travelled extensively in Europe decide, against all odds, to take a break and enjoy themselves. Retirement is coming too slowly. We prepare it according to our desires. Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer was really the place we needed for a total change of scenery.
Our choice was made by mutual agreement. And it was with great thought that we signed the purchase on 28 September 2019.
Unfortunately, the Covid-19 has passed by, weakening not only the immune system of the travellers but also their morale and their wallets.
Our baptism of the holiday rental business started as soon as the borders opened on 15 June 2020. Our flat is meeting with unhoped-for success.
We do everything possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A very friendly contact person, a welcome booklet that makes you want to plan ahead, breathtaking photos. And a virtual visit.
After your stay you will not be disappointed.
