Superbly equipped holiday home for families or couples on 2 levels, with large sun terrace, large swimming pool and fantastic views of the Salobre lake and the golf course.



Important notice: at the end of December, the construction of a new complex in the vicinity of the La Isla complex began.



The villa in Maspalomas has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps up to 6 people.

Accommodation of 122 m² beautiful and modern, located in front of the golf course, overlooking the sea and the lake.

It is located in a charming area and in the residential complex.

The accommodation is equipped with the following things: garden, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, iron, safe, internet (wifi), hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning, private heated swimming pool, open-air car parking in the same building, tv, satellite tv.

In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
