This private villa sits on a large plot with plenty of space for outdoor dining, sunbathing and swimming in your own private swimming pool. You also have space to park your car.

The location of this villa is very good, you are within walking distance to the centre of Gran Alacant where you will find shopping centre, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops. And just 2kms away you will find some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca!
