All comfort with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, satellite cable French, English, German, Spanish channels fiber optic internet.
The place is quiet located near the beaches 50m from the supermarket bars restaurants, 5 km from the golf course.
A tourist train crosses the Monte y Mar urbanization to go to the beach.
At 600 meters there is a large shopping center with many bars restaurants large supermarket and also activities for children.
One of the characteristics is the mild climate all year round, ideal to enjoy a good part of the year of the beach.
The beach is animated by many bars with tourist train that crosses the urbanization.
The car is not essential.

Superb villa

Third time we have rented a villa in the same area but this property was by far the best. Very clean, very well furnished and an excellent location.

First family holiday abroad with grandchild

Beautiful villa with everything you need. Shame the supermarket next door has shut down but obviously no fault of the villa We loved the fact that there were blinds in the windows which helped with the little one.Overall great and would stay again.

Short Spring Break

We stayed at this Villa in Late February 2025 as two families for a short spring break. The Villa and location were brilliant and we all enjoyed our time there. Villa was lovely and in a great location. Will definitely be looking to stay again.

Great stay in Gran Alicant

Had a great week in this villa 7 - 14th May. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms good size, kitchen fully equipped, excellent garden and pool etc. Conveniently located with bars, restaurants and supermarket close by; Carabassi beach is a 20 / 30 min walk away, or a short drive, and 20 / 25 mins to Alicante.Villa was spacious and bright, TV and books etc. in living area. One thing on check in, we didn't know about a 300 euro fee held against 'damages' (we'd already taken out the insurance offered by VRBO), and as this was in cash could have been problematical; as it happened one of the party had extra euros, so not really a problem for us this time. Fee returned promptly (minus cost for electric) upon departure.Good communication with host, and a great stay

Well situated villa within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars.

Well organised and spacious villa. Plenty of space for various age ranges. Lovely pool but not heated so a little cold for us for an end of October stay. I’m sure it’s lovely in the hot summer.

Fantastic Villa, brilliant location.

This is the best Villa we have stayed in, the pool area was perfect for our family holiday. The location is literally 2 minutes walk to a supermarket and bar and restaurants. We had the best time. Many thanks.

Amazing stay

We have just got back from a 10 day stay at this property. There were 10 of us ranging from 7 to 68. Very spacious villa with fantastic pool. Location very convenient,close to bars,restaurants and supermarkets. Communication with the owners of the villa was fantastic throughout. Would definitely stay here again😊

Amazing

Can't complement the villa enough we all had a fabulous time. Bars and restaurants right next door. Weather was wonderful and undoubtedly we will be back! Would of loved a heated pool as that time of year water pretty cold but didn’t put us off! We arrive quite early but a nice lady met us and kindly let us stay there and then. Any questions we had were answered quickly by email which was very much appreciated. Thank you all for our brilliant holiday in you gorgeous villa. Yvonne

Home from home

No car required. Beautiful area and great location. Supermarket and restaurants and bar in close proximity. Got the bus to Alicante and while nice to see, the Santa pola area much more relaxed. I would recommend the property and location. 5 double bedrooms, and all to a high standard. We used the balcony to chill on an evening with gorgeous views. During day the pool area was our go to and felt very private and secure. Hope to return again. Lina and Sergio who took care of our bookings were brilliant. Highly recommend for service, property and location. Couldnt ask for better.

Lovely villia

The villia is well situated and a car in a not needed walkable to bars and restaurants. The villia it self was very big but I'm unfortunately was not very clean. The cutlery was dirty and a few of the glasses. We had trouble with the shower not draining away The handle was broken on one of the doors and a pillar was broken but we told them and I'm sure that they would now be fixed. The floors were quite dirty I don't think they had been mopped over. It didn't spoil our holiday Things that I fill was needed was shelving in the showers to put our soaps on. And extra pillows

NOISY

The private pool was lovely BUT was spoiled by the non stop noise starting from early morning with the loud music from the water aerobics, the screaming and shouting all day from the community pool and the disco and partying very late at night from the event center next door. I contacted the owner who suggested that I call the police but who wants to get involved with the authorities whilst on a family holiday. I did visit the Center owner who just shrugged and said that he had a license, I did inform him that the noise should stop at 11 pm but it made no difference the disco music went on until the early hours of the morning. The beach was a FORTY MINUTE walk. Buses were every hour. A car IS needed. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable hard foam. I have stayed in less expensive Villas with lovely beds so was very disappointed.

Amazing family holiday

We had a lovely weeks stay at this villa. There were 7 adults with an age ranging from 36 to 73 and 2 children who were 1 and 5. The villa was very clean and tidy. The kitchen had a good amount of utensils and equipment. The pool was great and was a really good size. There were plenty of sun loungers and seating areas. Location is great, there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Patagonia steakhouse was our favourite, the steaks were lovely. Lots of supermarkets within walking distance aswell. We got the bus to the beach one day which was also very easy. Overall we loved our stay at this villa and would highly recommend it! We will definitely be returning.

Winter trip

The villa is lovely, covenantally located near to the shops and bars. It is definitely a summer Vila, as we found it very cold and damp. The damp led to mould in the bedrooms. The heating via air conditioning units is totally inefficient. Also because the weather was very un-Spanish we spent more time inside, unfortunately when you have 10 people staying there is only comfortable seating for at most 6 people. On the odd evening that we wanted to sit on the balcony, there is seating for three people and no cushions for the furniture. A new hob might be a good idea as one of the rings is dangerous.

Het huis was mooi en schoon, meubilair was verschrikkelijk oncomfortabel.

We hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad. Het is een mooi en schoon huis. Het meubilair echter was te weinig en absoluut niet comfortabel. De huiskamer is echt veel te klein voor 10 personen, de tweepersoons bedden te smal. De eettafel stoelen zaten echt niet lekker en de zitjes buiten ook niet comfortabel. De ligbedden bij het zwembad lagen ook echt niet lekker, bij de overgang van zitvlak naar leuning zit een gat waardoor je als je recht wil zitten, of in het gat zakt of dat de rand van de bekleding in je huid snijd. De pannen in de keuken zijn ook beslist niet voldoende voor groepen van 10 personen. De BBQ was bij aankomst ook erg vies. Contact met eigenaar was goed en ook de bemiddelaar waar we de sleutel van kregen was erg vriendelijk. Toen we een probleem met het zwembad hadden was het snel geregeld dat er iemand kwam kijken.

One of our best family holidays!

We loved the villa. Close to everything including the shops, restaurants, bars, gym and bus stops. The pool and bar at the villa were our favourite things. We also enjoyed a BBQ and a takeaway at home. Villa was clean and well looked after. We have already booked for next year.

Fantastic

Villa absolutely spot on. Has everything you need. There were 9 of us ages ranging from 13 to 86, everyone of us enjoyed it and never felt cramped. The pool was a good size with a really useful bar area. I was surprised by the amount of restaurants and entertainment around the corner as we were expecting it to be more quiet and residential. Would definitely go again.

Perfect location and amazing property

I would definitely recommend this property, we were looking for a property with a private pool in a good location and convenient to shops bars and restaurants and this ticked all the boxes. Great communication with the owner and everything that we needed was there.

Wow, what an amazing villa

Firstly, the communication during the booking process and leading up to the holiday was amazing. The owner even provided one of the children with sensory needs some additional items to help with the stay. The pictures on here do not do the villa justice. It is so much more spacious, you never feel on top of anyone and the are plenty of wardrobe space for clothes and space to put your empty cases. Loads of kitchen cupboards with lots of plates ect. The outside area is so good. Nice little area under some awning for those that need some shade. Full sun is some areas all day followed by some afternoon shade in others. Pool has a few steps in and gradually gets deeper. We went 1st two weeks in August and the pool temp was perfect. The outside bar was an addition that we used daily. Little sink with fridge and worktop space. We were able to eat, drink and plug our music in. On top of the villa being great, the location is too. Less than 1 min walk to a very well equip supermarket. Behind the supermarket is a square which has 2 pubs, one that shows sports, the other does pub meals and drinks. Spanish, Tex Mex and steak restaurants, as well as multiple varied restaurants that do a whole array of food, including breakfasts, lastly, can't forget the fish and chip shop. The centre is only a 5-8 min walk, here has the bigger supermarkets, gym, sports bar and lots of other restaurants. You can get the tourist bus for 4 euros per adult (children were free), this does a loop around Alicant and handy if you don't have a car to get to the beach. With a group of 10 i think a car is handy but not essential due to the fantastic pool and closeness to the supermarket, square and centre. Honestly such a lovely place i am booking again for next year.

Great location, excellent pool, very spacious home

Great customer service from landing at the airport to leaving. House was so spacious we never felt crowded and had our own privacy despite being a party of 8. Pool excellent and showers very good. Location amazing for local bars, restaurants and commercial centre. We hired a car as we know the area well and wanted to visit Alicante city etc but car not essential as buses and local train on doorstep. House was next door to a pool bar which played music all day until 1am which we enjoyed but those with smaller children may not. Would definitely book again

Fantastic Villa

Couldn’t recommend this villa more!! As a family of 6 there was so much space for us all. The pool was amazing as was the outdoor space, where we spent most of our time. We bought a lot of pool inflatables and left them for hopefully the next family. Close to small supermarket and restaurants, 5 minute walk to large Lidl and consum. Location couldn’t be better. Have to give a special thanks to Sergio’s wife who done 2 runs to the airport for us on check out as no taxis were available! We have been to gran alacant before but have to say this villa was the best yet. Hopefully book again next year.
