Milano 35 is a spacious and sunny three-bedroom apartment located next to town centre (only 200m) equipped with a dedicated paid private parking, is strategic for those who want to be next to all the facilities and go to most of the places without using their car, taking advantage of public transport as well. The apartment is located on the first floor with a balcony right in front of the Bormio ski slopes which are 800 meters far. Milano 35 is the perfect for big families who want to enjoy Bormio both in summer and winter or for those group of friends who would like to enjoy skiing or biking and why not a day in one of the wonderful SPA of the valley. The apartment has a cozy and large living area with balcony, TV, dishwasher and all the small appliances for a comfortable stay, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Ideal for cyclists.
City Tax: € 1,80 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
Extra: CRIB € 40,00 (upon request) For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).
