Our laid-back and calm block has plenty of free, accessible, safe parking. Guests are welcome to park their vehicles on the street or in the driveway for convenient access.
With two air-conditioner units, one in Bedroom and the other in Living Room, the Apartment's indoor temperature remains consistently cooler than the outside temperature in the summer. The rooms are protected from direct exposure to sunlight by solar-blocking curtains and mature trees shading the house. In addition, the new energy-efficient windows, as well as the French doors to the backyard feature opaque honeycomb shade window coverings to maintain the indoor temps cool and comfortable.

An important note regarding City of Boulder Rental Licensing: For protection and peace of mind of all parties, this home is legally registered for rental business in compliance with the City of Boulder Rental Program. The homeowners are qualified Hosts with a valid, current Rental license, posted in the home and available for inspection.
