Our 1,200 sq ft luxury 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, top floor apt is in a quiet tree-lined residential neighborhood in historic downtown Boulder. We are close to main Sundance Film Festival venues, 1 block to Pearl St. Mall, the Hotel Boulderado, E-Town Hall and 2 blocks to the RTD bus station for transportation throughout Boulder, to CU, downtown Denver, DIA and Eldora Ski Resort in Nederland. Our urban 'oasis' has a beautiful modern open floor plan, a balcony with mountain views, a large rooftop deck, hardwood floors, skylights, underground garage parking, office workspace w/ wireless printer, elevator access, character & more. Whether you are heading down the Mall or East on Pearl St, you will find many excellent restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, retail stores, locally owned boutiques and live music venues all within walking distance! Our location also provides easy access to hiking, bike rentals and lovely scenic drives up all the canyons. Spend an evening in your own cozy 'home away from home’. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all the housewares, small appliances and spices you might need to prepare a gourmet meal. Our property is also cleaned and maintained with unscented products. If you are here for work, we have highspeed internet throughout the apartment and a dedicated office alcove off the living room with amazing views of the Flatiron mountains and a wireless printer. Our condo is in an historic downtown Boulder residential area. We appreciate and cater to discerning travelers who look for the convenience, style, and diversity this unique neighborhood offers. It's the perfect place to escape your everyday routine while enjoying Colorado's famous year-round sunshine. We are not meant to be a 'party property’ so please make other plans if that is your intended use. Guests need to be 21 and over. We do not permit pets or smoking inside the apt. My husband and I stayed here for one month. The communication with the property manager was fantastic. We loved sitting out on the patio and staring at the Flatirons, walking to shows at the Boulder Theater and getting all we needed from the Ideal Market…also a stroll away. The place was comfortable and clean and location was golden!
The apartment is very clean and organized. They took care of the smallest details in the apartment. The location is amazing, in the heart of boulder. The communications with the property manager was easy and fast. 10/10 stay

Bright condo with enough space and all the amenities to settle in for a few weeks. Superb location near hiking trails, bike routes, farmer's market, restaurants and shops. Quiet condo (even though it's a block off Pearl St.) with extras like the rooftop deck and covered parking. Good remote work set up and wifi.

We are Wendy and David, the owners of unit 10, and we lived here in Boulder during the 70’s and 80’s. Lois, is our local Boulder property host/manager, who we have been friends with since we all grew up in NYC. We come back regularly to visit friends and family and finally decided it was time to have a place of our own again before we wore out our welcome with those who love us. So, we bought a condo/apt in the heart of Boulder. Both of us have our best memories here and at some point will come back to retire.
We love this apartment because the balcony faces the Flatirons for morning coffee and the rooftop deck is quite large, comfortably furnished and provides views of the most beautiful night skies.
We find this Spruce St location to be perfect for us. Boulder has grown over the years but because we are in an historic neighborhood, little has changed. We are at the top (east end) of the mall and that is what we love best. We can walk down the mall in the summer and find great performances or walk east and frequent the smaller boutiques and coffee shops that have proliferated over the years.
Our space is lovely, pleasant, and comfortable and works well for anyone wanting to enjoy the best of Boulder. And did I mention that I love Mexican food; green Chile to be exact. 🤗😋
