Located on the first floor, it has 5 furnished bedrooms (4 double beds, 2 single beds) and 1 bunk bed, 3 complete bathrooms (with shower), kitchen-dining room, living room and private terrace. Three rooms have views of the natural park and the other two of the Badia de Roses.
It is a 16th-century farmhouse that was renovated in the mid-19th century. It is considered a place of historical interest in Catalonia. It is located in the village of Palau-saverdera "The balcony of the Empordà" next to the Verdera mountain range, very close to the Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, Cadaqués, Figueres and Roses. Excellent location in a very quiet and natural environment. With views of the natural park of Cap de Creus and the Bay of Roses.
