Surrounded by various restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues, it is the perfect place for a perfect vacation on the Costa Brava.



Villa CaZa is a typical Catalan farmhouse of 100 m², recently fully renovated and now equipped with all modern amenities and designed for 6 people. The villa has 3 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One bedroom has its own bathroom and two bedrooms share a bathroom. The spacious living-dining room has a TV with internet connection, so you can continue watching your favorite series and programs even during vacation, as well as a PS3 so you can play your favorite video games. The kitchen is made of the highest quality materials and is fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare any dish and satisfy any taste!



The house has a large garden with an incredible pool, garden furniture, and a charcoal barbecue. It is a favorite spot for guests, where one can sunbathe on one of the loungers or disconnect from civilization with all the amenities.

No privacy and a lot of mosquitoes even in October

Location is good, very close to the shop and restaurant. Agent is good, provide with a quick response when we have issue with internet There a motion sensor with a camera in a leaving room, which we had disconnect immediately, as don't want to be observed during our stay.No privacy, especially on a swimming area, overlook from both side from other villas. No double glassing. No anti mosquitous screens on a windows. House full of mosquitoes, ( dead and alive). Seating area inside a villa very small only one sofa( how it could accommodate 6 people). Appliance need upgrade, old fridge/freezer( freezer is tiny and full of ice, can't use it), induction hob does not work properly ( made very strange electrical noise), tablet dispenser for dishwasher is broken.Urgently need an extractor in a kitchen( all kitchen is steamed and smell after cooking). Shower head full of scale, need attention. We will not stay again in this villa until all issues will be addressed.
