This delightful three-bedroom home offers plenty of personality, with bold flashes of colour and jazzy prints. Perched on the outskirts of the heath itself, you'll enjoy a city stay that unites the best elements of London's halcyon past — an abundance of lush, green space and charming, village-esque streets; with quick transport links back to the hustle and bustle from nearby Golders Green Underground and bus stations.

Whilst honouring that classic Hampstead Heath style, this home doesn't shy away from colour — with vibrant accents lifting neutral interiors throughout. The living room and media room fly the flag for cheerful tones, with a blend of vivid patterns and eclectic artwork. We're particularly keen on those well-chosen contrasts and that cushy turquoise sofa. The kitchen gives us comfy cottage vibes, with its fresh look and simple design; while the dining room leads out into the garden, where tall trees, a sweeping lawn, and alfresco-ready patio will make you forget you're in the Big Smoke. Three bedrooms boast brightening notes of colour, along with a few desk areas (as well as a separate study) to make working from home feel less like work. Whether you're admiring the leaves change colour in autumn or enjoying lunch on the patio in summer, this garden is a favourite of ours. As is that excellent corner of the living room, where you can kick back on a chaise longue beneath a pop art piece which actively invites you to pour yourself a glass of wine. And we never refuse an invitation...

Home Truths:
No smoking, pets, or parties! This home is set over 3 floors. The smaller bedroom and the study feature comfy double futons. These can both be set up as small double sofa beds (4'4" x 6'4") to sleep one adult, or two children per room. An on-street visitor parking permit is available on request. To maintain a garden this good you need some help, so the host's gardeners will visit every other week, and their housekeeper will attend once a week, typically on a Thursday, to clean the communal areas. There's an outdoor dining table and BBQ available. You can easily get to Stansted Airport from Golders Green bus station.
