Storno am Weg zum Urlaub

Wir haben diese Unterkunft für die Herbstferien gebucht. Beretis am Weg habe ich genauere Details zur Ankunftszeit geschrieben, woraufhin die Unterkunft storniert wurde - 3 Stunden vor Ankunft. Da wir keine Alternative bekommen haben, mussten wir uns selbst eine Übergangsübernachtung suchen und danach eine Alternativunterkunft. Kritisiere hier die extrem kurzfristige Absage und das vollkommene im-Stichlassen beim Unterkunft suchen. Das geht gar nicht
