Loved this unit!

Must cast luggage up 4 flights of stairs but the vaulted ceilings and well appointed apartment is worth it!Very comfortable and modern appliances/facilities made this a favorite for our family. We used the washing machine and while there is no dryer, they provided a drying rack to hang clothes on and they dried over night without issue. Beautiful space and the management company was very detailed to be sure we would have a great stay.

The place is very clean, great location, and our communication with the owner was effective. However it is on the fourth floor and the stairs is hard to climb for us. If you don’t mind of the stairs, it is a good place for you.

Very comfortable with great location

Location was amazing, very short walk from the train station and Duomo. Host was very accommodating to our schedule change and responded quickly to all of our questions. Beds are very comfortable with lots of extra bedding/pillows if needed, and the air conditioning was life saving in the summer heat at the end of the day! Only warning to others, like most, if not all, buildings in the area, there is not an elevator and the listing is on the 4th floor with steep and narrow steps. My husband and I did fine with the stairs, but they were challenging for my 65 year old mother after a long day of sight seeing.

Only positive about this place is the location. The apartment is not well maintained or clean. Big permanent stains all over the couch and dining chairs. Floors so dirty we had to make sure we wore socks. Door handles falling off when trying to open them. Handheld shower head did not work. Bidet broken. Dishwasher broken and not useable. Kettle did not work. In previous reviews they were told the door handles come off and their response was they would have fixed it if they knew. Not true. Still broken. We messaged them about the broken dishwasher and they never responded. Only one air conditioner remote works. There were holes in the towels, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, and the beds felt like concrete. I have pictures of all of these issues.Be wary of the “all fees included” in their description. Again not true. You pay 6 euro per person per night when arrive for city tax. Because they say “no hidden fees” on their listing description, we justifiably assumed this would include the city tax. Deceptive.Also be aware of many stairs to the apartment. Challenging with heavy suitcases. The person checking us in was friendly but her supervisor who was called was not! Additionally, we had the following guests trying to get into the apartment over an hour BEFORE our 10 am check-out because the hosts told them they could drop their suitcases off. They are more interested in a quick turnover than properly maintaining this apartment. My advice…find better!
