About this property
Modern bright detached home just a short stroll from town
This bright and spacious three bedroomed detached holiday home is set within a 10 minute stroll of Kenmare town centre. Sleeping up to 5 people, this is the perfect place to enjoy your break to this wonderful south Kerry town.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils you will need to prepare any meals you decide you cook at home. The utility houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a dining table to comfortably seat up to 6 people.
The living room is long and runs the length of the house with sliding doors offering views down towards Kenmare Bay. There are comfy couches, an open fire and a flat screen TV and wifi is available free of charge to all guests. There are lots of homely finishes throughout this house which really make it feel warm and welcoming.
All three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and is ensuite with shower. There is also a twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a single bedroom. The main bathroom is also upstairs and has both a bath and a separate shower. There is a guest toilet downstairs.
There is a small garden to the rear with patio furniture. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the long summer evenings and the clear dark skies that Kerry is famous for. We look forward to welcoming you.

Perfect for a 3 sister vacation. Easy parking, plenty of room to relax, nice neighborhood. Just had a few issues with instructions on use of appliances, where to deposit garbage, 3 out of 5 mattresses need replacing…had to place feather comforters over the springs to sleep.

Ausreichend für einen kurzen Zeitraum
Es ist ein hübsches Haus- gut gelegen, genug Platz. Leider kleine Mängel: Zwei Birnen waren defekt und der Herd extrem verschmutzt. Da wir aber ohnehin gern ins Pub gehen, für uns nicht schlimm. Aber ausreichend Handtücher, zwei Badezimmer. Waschmaschine, Trockner. Alles vorhanden.
