This stylish two bedroom apartment, located in One Heights complex in La Cala overlooks La Cala hills and has views of the sea.
Just a few minutes drive away will take you into the heart of La Cala town and beach, where you will find a fine selection of shops, restaurants bars. One Heights offers a large communal infinity pool (summer), separate children's pool, indoor pool and Spa (winter), gym.
One heights is a secure gated complex with underground parking and the apartment offers one parking space.
Entering into the apartment which is arranged over one floor, you will find the open plan living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an island with dining stools. The dining area has seating for six. The lounge has a 65¨smart TV and large L shaped sofa. The lounge leads out onto the terrace area with a further dining area seating six people, a lounge seating area, sunbeds and a gas BBQ.
The master bedroom suite benefits from a king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and access on to the terrace. The guest bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and access to the guest shower room.

Wir haben das Apartment bewusst ausgesucht da wir uns in Miyas und Calanova Golf sehr gut auskennen. Das Apartment heisst nicht von ungefähr one heights. Spektakuläre Aussicht top ausgestattet sehr bequeme Betten. Herrlicher Pool super gepflegte Anlage, Gärtner waren täglich unterwegs.Wie überall in Spanien sind die Stellplätze in den Tiefgaragen maximal für Autos in Golf Grösse ausgelgt. Da man überall riesige SUVS als Mietwagen erhält ist die einparkerei eine nervige Angelegenheit.Der größer Kritikpunkt ist aber das sich direkt unterhalb der Anlage eine sehr große Baustelle befindet mit 5 Apartment neubauten. Ärgerlich das dies in der Anzeige mit keinem wort erwähnt wird. Man hätte sich vielleicht anders entschieden. Der baulärm war sehr störend. Zum Glück war das Wetter so schön das wir tagsüber am Strand lagen. Die Wohnung hat bodentiefe Fenster und eine verglaste terasse leider waren diese verschmiert und nicht geputzt so das man den Ausblick nicht genießen konnte. Ja wir haben dann selber ALLES gereinigt innen und aussen und dann diese fantastische aussicht täglich genossen.ich vergebe dennoch 5 Sterne für die Wohnung. Die beiden Kritikpunkte gehen an die örtliche Hausverwaltung.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Mijas
Sehr schönes Appartement mit tollem Blick. Leider waren die Liegen auf der Terasse kaputt und wurden erst nach zwei Wochen ersetzt. Auch war die Terrasse nicht gereinigt. Zwischenreinigung nur auf Nachfrage. Trotzdem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Mijas.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Ich freue mich, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub genossen haben.
Das Apartment wurde während Ihres Aufenthalts gereinigt und mit neuer Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Dies ist kein Hotel, sondern eine Selbstversorgerunterkunft. Tut mir leid, aber Reinigungskräfte kommen nicht einfach so, um den Balkon während eines Aufenthalts zu reinigen, ohne dass man darum gebeten wird. Während Ihres Aufenthalts war es etwas nass und windig, daher ist es verständlich, dass die Terrasse staubig geworden sein könnte.
Eine der Sonnenliegen war defekt, das tut mir leid. Wir haben zwei weitere Sonnenliegen bestellt und leider hat die Lieferung 10 Tage gedauert. Jetzt sind es 3 Sonnenliegen.
