The apartment is cared for in every detail: modern and equipped kitchen, double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with tub / shower. In front of the building there is a large free parking lot. The center of Desenzano can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, as well as the lakeside promenade and the nearest beaches.
