You will enjoy a cozy and modern double room with a private bathroom. Capacity for 2 people with an area of 15m2. A completely independent and equipped room, you will have maximum privacy and comfort during your stay.

The accommodation is located in one of the quietest and most exclusive neighborhoods of the capital. A residential area full of services, shops, cafes and restaurants.
With a supermarket just a few meters away as well as shops and various services, including metro and bus stations.
Surrounded by several bus stations, you can easily travel from your accommodation to any part of the city in a few minutes.
The nearest Metro stations are: Islas Filipinas (line 7) or Canal (line 2).
In our property you will live in a space designed for the enjoyment and tranquility of each guest. You will have access to all common areas that you can use whenever you want during your stay (living room with television, dining room, kitchen, gym and laundry room).
Outside the room you will have the following spaces:
- Living room/shared: comfortable sofas, television, armchairs and a large space where you can work with laptops
Kitchen - dining room/shared.
