Arbarosa Villa is a superb two-story stone-built residence in Agios Nikolaos, Zakynthos, boasting beautiful views of the sea.

INDOOR SPACES
The villa spans 135 sq.m. and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, offering a spacious and stylish retreat. Blending traditional architectural elements, such as exposed stone walls and wooden ceilings, with carefully selected vintage and contemporary furnishings, the villa creates a warm and distinctive atmosphere.

Upon entering the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen, which flows seamlessly into a spacious and inviting living room. On the same level, there is a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, featuring its own en-suite bathroom with shower. A guest WC is also available on this floor.

The first floor hosts two additional bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed. Both bedrooms feature their own private bathrooms with bathtubs and open onto balconies with beautiful sea views, offering the perfect setting for relaxation.

OUTDOOR SPACES
The outdoor areas are carefully maintained and fully fenced. They feature a built-in BBQ with a dedicated outdoor dining area—perfect for enjoying meals in a relaxed, open-air setting.

PRIVATE POOL
The outdoor space also includes a swimming pool with beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding natural landscape, complemented by sunbeds, parasols and an outdoor shower—ideal for moments of relaxation under the sun.

*BREAKFAST AVAILABLE*
Guests can enjoy a delightful à la carte breakfast just 70 metres from the villa. Breakfast is served daily from 8:30 a.m. and is available at an additional cost of €13 per person. Should you wish to arrange breakfast during your stay, please let us know in advance.

*The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.

Villa Arbarosa was terrific!

We visited Zykanthos for the first time, and Villa Arbarosa and manger Gio were both fabulous. The villa is complete with three en suite rooms, many balconies and porches, amazing views of the Ionian Sea and a great swimming pool also with sea views. It is located walking from Port St. Anthony in Volimes. Great dining close by, a small grocery and access to boated, beaches and local activities. Gio helped us set up boat tours of the various beaches and caves which is a must do! We will be sending family and.friends!
