Open plan with high ceilings, which create a light, airy and spacious feel, this property has character in spades and really does offer the ’wow’ factor. The accommodation is all on the ground floor and guests will find much to love about this luxury barn, which accommodates up to four guests and offers two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. There are two comfortable bedrooms, each with a hairdryer. The private, enclosed garden is perfect for a morning coffee or perhaps for a sundowner, and with the addition of the gorgeous wood burner, this property really is a year-round retreat, whether you are bringing your four-legged friends or not. With a very well-equipped kitchen, a stylish dining area and a comfortable living room, you may well be tempted to relax, unwind and read a book by the fire or maybe log in your Netflix account and catch up on some of those boxsets you’ve been planning to watch. The property also has a ring doorbell that can see over car park. But if you can tear yourself away you will discover that the very best of Norfolk is right on your doorstep.
With coastal habitats galore ranging from wide sandy beaches and grassy dunes to salt and clay marshes and picturesque quays, beach lovers will be spoilt for choice. Check out nearby Mundesley which locals consider to be one of the best beaches around as it is a little quieter than its near neighbour, Cromer. But don’t miss out on a trip to that town too because here you will find the famous pier, the Edwardian promenade and lots of great seaside attractions including amusements, a cinema and a zoo. The gateway to the glorious Norfolk Broads is just a half an hour drive away too and you can be in the fine city of Norwich in around 40 minutes. Add in the Felbrigg, Blickling, Holkham, Houghton and Sandringham Estates, North Norfolk and Bure Valley Railways, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve, RSPB Cley Marshes and Sheringham Park, The Muckleburgh and Thursford Collections, the latter with its Christmas Spectacular and Santa’s Magical Journey and BeWilderwood and you will soon see why this part of Norfolk is so very popular.
