Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

What can I say ….we booked two nights and due to the state of the place left after one night. The place was not cleaned properly, the cudboards have not been cleaned for a while. The noise of someone trying to get their mate who I assume was collapsed drunk halfway up on the stairs woke me and my family up.In addition we had to buy our own loo roll and the toilet seat was broken ! For the amount of money paid - very poor -oh and we could not get the tv working - my advice is to book elsewhere !
