This brand new studio apartment is located a mere 200m from one of Europe's top urban beaches: Las Canteras. With super fast wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony overlooking a pedestrian street - it is the perfect spot for those who want to enjoy the city's buzzing neighbourhood of 'El Puerto' whilst being in a peaceful street.

The Neighborhood:
The area is filled with restaurants, bars and cultural activity. We recommend Restaurante La Marinera for seafood with great views, or Casa Carmelo for those who prefer grilled meat. The Science Museum (Museo Elder) is a short walk away, as is the brand new Aquarium of Las Palmas (Poema del Mar). We love going for morning runs along the 3.5km stretch of beach, all the way to the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, however, if you would just prefer to relax and read a good book on the beach, all you have to do is take the elevator to ground floor and walk for less than 2 minutes!

Central gelegen und der Wohnung ist top.

Alles okay wenn's etwas ruhiger wäre. Es war Weihnachtszeit und die Leute haben's gefeirt bis in der früh. Fenster zumachen dann ist die nacht ruhiger.
