One bedroom with a King size Bed and an amazing shower...... Totally re-renovated groundfloor flat. Fully insulated, new windows doors etc. Fully fitted kitchen separated from lounge by breakfast bar. Double bedroom with kingsize bed has ensuite shower and toilet. Entrance lobby has toilet/cloakroom. We have just built a decking at the back of the property which you have access too. Other apartments may use it as well. Sorry.........No Pets. The space when you walk in the door the Kitchen\Lounge entrance will be on your left, on your right will be the door to the Toilet\ cloakroom. straight ahead is a locked cupboard where we keep our own belongings and change over stuff.. Near the cupboard on the right is a door entering the Kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower room. Please note, there is no Bath in this property, but the shower is amazing.. Guest access You have access to the full flat apart from the central cupboard where we keep change over goods and personal belongings, as we use the flat every 2-3 weeks ourselves. Other things to note Whilst we dont have guaranteed parking, we do have parking out the back. Unfortunately locals abuse it. If you have to block someone in just leave your number or Flat number, its never been an issue with us. It is marked "Residents Only" you are a resident 😀

Property was easy to find. Access to keys was convenient. Owners supplied plenty of coffee and snacks. I had a little trouble (my fault) figuring how to access the tv channels. Walking to the main transportation areas was quick and easy while carrying back pack and suitcase. We walked everywhere. Wouldn’t miss Chan Mor for a real Scots food experience
The apartment was as described, clean and in a good location, central to restaurants and the harbor. The apartment had convenient parking and was well supplied. The only thing we were missing is some paper towels. Otherwise, perfect.
