Located on the 3d floor with lift, the view of the Cervin is magnificent from each room. You can even admire it from your bed, from the sofa, the office and of course, from the balcony!
In Zermatt, a village where the air is pure, where there is no car, the Haus Roc apartment is an ideal starting point for any holiday all year long!

Having a passion for travelling, for mountains, pure air, places with no contamination, nice landscapes and good restaurants, it made sense to fall in love with Zermatt a long time ago. This place satisfies all our desires of well-being.
Why they chose this property
I discovered Zermatt in 1978 thanks to my grand-mother. I never stop to come back and to bring many friends. I finally decided to purchase an apartment in Zermatt to be able to share my passion for this wonderful place with guests from all over the world. And I will share my best addresses with great pleasure! There are so many things to do in Zermatt.
What makes this property unique
I took us serveral years to find the right apartment. We wanted an unobstructed view of the Cervin from the bedroom and the living room, a great balcony so we could be comfortable and a central location while being peaceful, with no sound from the electric karts and other acoustic disturbances. We also wanted to be close to the Sunnegga Express, which is the fastest way to get to the ski runs without having to stand in line. Finally, we wanted to be less than 10 min walk from everything (train station, supermarkets, and shops). This apartment has everything on our wish list and on top of it, it is close from 3 of my favourite restaurants that I will certainly mention to you!! You will be in a quiet environment while being close to everything and with a breathtaking view. In the apartment, everything is brand new and everything is about comfort!
