Balcony apartment with two separate bedrooms

Our balcony apartments are located on the 1st floor above the private house. All apartments are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, toilet paper, tea towels, and basic kitchen equipment such as an electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and kettle. (Not included are cleaning products or food items such as dishwashing detergent, tablets, dishcloths, sugar, etc.)

The apartment is suitable for 2-5 people and has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom consists of a double bed, and the second bedroom consists of a single bed and a loft bed. The beds do not have a footboard, making them suitable for taller guests.

The bathroom has a vanity mirror, hairdryer, and infrared heating. The private balcony with lake and courtyard views is furnished with a table and chairs.

The apartments are all newly renovated and furnished with light-colored furniture. Fly screens are provided in each apartment. The floors are all vinyl and therefore suitable for allergy sufferers.

Amenities also include a lockable bicycle storage room. On hot days, air conditioning can be booked daily (for a fee).

For younger guests, there is a small playground in the courtyard, and for balmy evenings, a barbecue grill is available in the garden. The family-run business's own wines are also available.

A travel cot can be provided free of charge for children under 2 years of age, subject to availability. A highchair is also available in the apartment.
