Nice complex of 25 apartments with a small pool, but unfortunately not enough shade for us. The apartment was ok, very limited kitchen equipement, but was added to on request. Although the cooker has seen better days.
Comfy bed and sofa, decent shower, very close to beach, shops and restaurants.
Ive only gone 4* because of the lack of shade, as we spent a lot of time by the pool by bagging the only sun umberella and the cooker.
Sunset lane apartments are lovely. It is a small development with a great small pool. We had an upstairs apartment No. 8. Great balcony. Very private. The apartment had a huge comfortable bed and lovely large bathroom. The built in furniture is a bit dated but worked fine. The small kitchen was good but could do with a sharp veg/prepping knife. The knife that was there was very blunt. The sofa was comfortable and there is a large TV but no English Channel. However, we don’t go on holiday to watch Tv. Th3 site has a great laundry room with huge washers and dryers. Excellent for washing beach towels etc. the location is really peaceful. It is a 15 minute walk to Massys supermarket but it is basically flat so an easy pleasant walk. The beaches and beach clubs are wonderful. They vary in size and cost but we liked them all. If I could come back 5o Barbados I would certainly stay at Sunset Lane again.
