Modern, very bright apartment located in the heart of the city, just 5 minutes from the famous 'Plaza de las Tendillas', giving you the opportunity to explore the city on foot.

It has two rooms with a double bed and a single bed. Fully equipped kitchen with Dolce Gusto coffee machine. A bathroom with shower and hair dryer included. Enjoy the terrace with views of the city center.

It has air conditioning and heating, as well as free high-speed Wi-Fi.

Ideal for sightseeing, just 8 minutes from the 'Barrio de La Judería'. You will be able to enjoy the main monuments of the city, tourist attractions and gastronomic and cultural offers of Córdoba, without the need for a car or public transport.

ELECTRONIC LOCK ACCESS: We have an automatic check-in system, so you don't have to worry about the arrival time. Through a mobile application, which is sent prior to your arrival, you can comfortably access the apartment.Parking: 50 meters away from the apartment, on Avenida Paseo de la Victoria. There is the paid public parking Parkia

Our host was accommodating and had a good level of communication. The apartment was very nice. The location was close to amenities and attractions. Being close to bars and nightlife meant a lot of noise most evenings to the early morning hours. If you love the nightlife, this location is for you.

Amazing Location!

This was the perfect place for us! We were visiting our daughter who is studying at the university. The central location made it easy to visit the sites and her. The bakery downstairs was super. A little trouble with the key for the building, but I think it was being repaired as we left. Thanks!!

Good stay with a couple shortfalls

Before arrival the information and communication for the check in was great. I was given all the information I needed to find the property and have a no contact check in. I provided the time we expected to arrive and our train ended up being delayed so we were an hour late and arrived to find the apartment still being cleaned. The cleaners left in a rush and we found black hairs all over the bathroom from the previous guests which was very gross. Hopefully in the future there is better time management between guests to ensure a full clean is able to be completed. Aside from that the location was great and we were able to walk everywhere around the old town. Lots of shops and restaurants around and a quick 10 min walk from the train station. There is a coffee shop downstairs which was great to grab a coffee in the morning and sit on the deck before it got too hot. Note it is in front of a busy street so on the weekends at night it was quite noisy but on weekdays less so. A compromise if you want to be nearby to many of the sights.

Aufenthalt Sevilla

Die Wohnung war sehr schlecht gereinigt. Die ganze Küchenfront war verschmutzt. Die Couch und die Erde voller Krümmel. Der im Inserat angegebene Föhn nicht vorhanden. Aber am wichtigsten ist, dass das Inserat irreführend ist. Es ist angegeben mit 3 Schlafräumen, einer mit Doppelbett, der Zweite mit Doppelbett und der Dritte mit Einzelbett. Es sind jedoch nur 2 Schlafräume!!!! Die Fenster lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Trotzdem wir uns umgehend bezüglich der Reinigung beschwert haben, kam nur eine lapidare email ohne Abhilfe zurück. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, sehr zentral.

Also, in the pictures you showed us, there was no "dirt". There was absolutely nothing that could stop you from enjoying our new accommodation or our beautiful historical city. Best regards
