The large porch of the villa overlooks the private garden from where you can enjoy the sunsets with the backdrop of Castiglione della Pescaia while stretched out on the sun loungers or sitting at the table enjoying grilled fish prepared on the barbecue. Comprising two double bedrooms and with a double sofa bed in the living room, the 130 m2 villa comfortably accommodates up to six adults. Each of the two bathrooms has a washbasin, shower cubicle, bidet and hair dryer, and there is a third toilet.
