A bright and modern apartment with beautiful views of the communal pool below. From the lounge you step out onto a large terrace suitably decorated and ideal for enjoying the Spanish sunshine. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The bathroom completely renewed walk-in shower. There are two bedrooms sleeping up to 4 persons. There is underground secure parking accessed via a lift.

Linens, towels and WiFi are all included.
