This charming annexe is in a quiet residential area of Fishbourne, in the heart of Chichester Harbour AONB. It is a great location from which to explore the area of Chichester, the South Downs, attend a Goodwood event or for working locally. The perfect getaway, you'll have a lovely time in this well thought-out home.
The space
I am very excited to welcome guests to my newly refurbished annexe, attached to my home. It has it's own parking space on the off street driveway and it's own front door.
It sleeps up to 3 guests (one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area). It is located in a quiet residential area of Fishbourne and is only 2 miles from the centre of Chichester with its cobbled streets, pedestrianized shopping centre and beautiful cathedral.
The annexed is all on one level.
Enter into the kitchen/living space with its large comfy sofa bed (please request linen for the sofa bed at time of booking), dining table and large Smart TV. (You'll need to use your own log in details for the TV applications.)
The kitchen is modern and has everything you need for home dining. Use of appliances include an electric oven and hob and fridge freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle and toaster.
Continue into the bathroom with a new and large walk in shower.
The bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and bi-fold doors looking out into the pretty garden, with its lovely seating area - perfect for a morning coffee or an alfresco meal. Feel free to spend time in the charming, landscaped garden and outdoor dining area - I live next door but the space is yours to enjoy.
There will be some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey!
As well as bedding and towels, we provide miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and bars of soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there is a small Co-op in Bosham (1.8 miles away).
Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Although the garden is shared I will give you privacy when you use it.
There is parking in the gated private area for one vehicle in a car port. Additional parking is possible in the street.
The house is a few minutes walk away from the bus stop with a regular service to Chichester/Brighton and Portsmouth. Fishbourne train station is a short walk away with trains to Havant & Portsmouth and Chichester, London and Brighton.
Other things to note
Check In / Check Out
Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. A charge may be requested if you do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner's schedule.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
Travel Cot & High Chair
Please let us know when booking if you require a cot and high chair and please note that we do not provide cot bedding so please bring your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
