Beautiful, cosy cottage on market town high street
Bracken Cottage is a stylish, newly refurbished High Street property. This cottage offers easy living space and is situated just off the high street of the beautiful market town, Stokesley.
This accommodation is comfortable and cosy, covering two floors with two bedrooms, one main bathroom, living and dining space.
Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and a picturesque river walk. A short drive away from the outstanding North York Moors and coastal towns too.
The space
Bracken Cottage has a ground floor private entrance, a space to leave muddy boots and shoes as well as coat hooks. The kitchen diner is modern and comfortable with dining table and small sofa. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with large walk in shower. The staircase at the entrance leads up to a landing space, a large master bedroom with kingsize bed and finally a small double bedroom with small fitted wardrobe, plenty of hanging space and drawers available.
Outdoor space is available, there is a shared communal space with garden sofa, garden dining table and benches and patio which is all enclosed and gated.

We have provided a local bus timetable within the cottage or alternatively pop in to the Town Hall on the Market Square to pick up a leaflet.

Parking Information
The only available free parking can be found outside on the Market Square Car Park, this is free parking for unlimited use (except on weekly Market days which are every Friday between the hours of 06:00 and 15:00 and the Farmers Market which is the held on the first Saturday of every month between the hours of 06:00 and 15:00).
The cobbled parking spaces directly outside of the property are for disc use only which allows you a two hour period when you have a disc displayed – please find discs to be used in the entrance at the bottom of the stairs or alternatively they can be picked up in the Town Hall which is close by.
Childcare Option Available
I am a Nanny with over 10 years experience with families and have two children of my own therefore I am able to offer a childcare service if you require this on your stay, availability and prices can be discussed upon booking and you would be charged beforehand via a Payment Request. If I am unavailable then I would be able to give recommendations of babysitters I have personally used. If you would prefer to go through a childcare agency then I can also give advice on this too.
