A 200 hundred year old villa restored to a high standard and retaining many of its original features. Located on the picturesque side of the island down a quiet country lane, it has unrivalled spectacular views over Santa Cruz and the coast to the front and the mountains to the rear. It’s central position makes it ideal for those who wish to explore the island, walk the hundreds of signposted trails or enjoy the astronomical delights of the clear night skies.
The large well-equipped kitchen, dining room with log burning stove, unique balcony room and spacious lounge are situated on the first floor lenabling visitors to enjoy views of the terraced gardens and the coast and mountains. There are four bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms ) and a family bathroom.
Outside there is a large private garden with subtropical flowers, trees and fruits. The pool terrace has a large heated salt water swimming pool available all year round. Ther is a barbecue terrace with table and chairs and a further covered dining terrace adjacent to the kitchen. There are a range of delightful spots to sunbathe or enjoy a quiet read.
The small town of San Pedro with its square, shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets is a short 10 minute drive away. The capital Santa Cruz and the seaside resort of Los Cancajos are a 20 minute drive away .

Our villa is full of character yet has all modern comforts and a recently upgraded large salt water pool. It has unique spectacular views of the bay of Santa Cruz to the front and the mountains behind. The terraced grounds are full of sub tropical trees, shrubs and plants many of them fruit bearing. Centrally located on the picturesque side of the island you can easily reach all parts of the island in a matter of hours.
