The villa lies on a big plot from 2000m2 with a very nice garden and several terraces where you can enjoy the view from the nice meadows with cows or sheeps and also a big garage for 2 cars.

The villa have a big livingroom from 70m2 with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a comfortable kitchen, if you come with 8 persons or more you get also the added apartement with 1 bedroom en a bathroom ensuite. a baby does not count for a person.
If you come with 7 persons or less and you want 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms you also can rent the added apartment for €80,00 a night.
There is also a covered terrace and a playground for the children.

Great location, great house

Five of us flew from the US for a family wedding, and this was a great place for our stay. It is centrally located, near some excellent restaurants, and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful environment

Just Like Home

We stayed here for eight days in October with two couples, both 60+. Everything about the villa was as advertised and more. Especially the living and dining rooms are large and comfortable, the grounds are beautifully maintained, the beds very comfortable, all the amenities excellent, and the hosts were always available and kind and helpful. Montfoort is centrally located and it was wonderful after a busy day of sightseeing to come “home” and not have to unpack but just relax. Highly recommended for families with younger and older children or couples of any age. We hope to return and enjoy more gezelligheid!

Awesome!

Our hosts, Ans & Luuk were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our group. Beautiful setting, clean and very well equipped with everything you might need. It is a central location that made day trips to surrouding towns easy. We would go back again in a heartbeat!

Dream vacation house

The house is perfect for a family getaway. The house is so cosy, internal facilities are complete and the beautiful, clean surrounding is a major plus point. You can also use the bikes to ride to nearby town of Oudewater or Montfoort. The hosts, Ans & Luuk, are very friendly and responsive to any query.

Great week in Montfoort residence

This is a very well appointed, comfortable and well centrally located property suitable for either as a seperate one bedroom self contained unit or combined with a larger 3 bedroom accomodation. Great host always ready to help out quickly with any issue that may arise. Close by are shop essentials/ supermarkets and fuel station and you’re about 40 minutes drive from Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Lots of little towns and thing's to explore nearby We fully enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend. Five stars from us.

This was a perfect place in every way. The house its self is so inviting and well equipped, the gardens are lovely even in winter, the owners were available for all your needs and so accomodating, and the location is ideal for launching to most of the cities and towns in Holland. We had a wonderful stay. We have rented many homes over the past few years but this one was very special in so many ways. I highly recommend this to prospective clients, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Place to Stay in Netherlands!

We just completed a VERY enjoyable stay at this property, which is very well located in the centre of southern Netherlands. The property is in a beautiful rural setting, but so close to amenities (bus; stores; rail service; grocery stores; major cities) that it makes for a perfect location. The host lived right next door, and was extremely friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. She responded quickly to inquiries and communications. We had to make adjustments to the # of people staying per nite, which Ans accommodated quickly and willingly. And when at the property, Ans and her husband Luuk went above-and-beyond in assisting, and showing hospitablity to us. Very nice couple! The location is very well taken care of. Landscaping is beautiful. Backyard is gorgeous to sit and enjoy a BBQ or glass of wine. Inside was well taken care of, had all the amenities we were needing and expecting (based on the VRBO description), and there were only positive surprises when we checked in in terms of the quality of the property. The three bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. two bathrooms - one on the upstairs next to bedrooms (4 piece), and smaller one on the main floor. Kitchen was fully provisioned, and very good. living room and dining room are very nice, with gorgeous window views of the backyard. All in all, a terrific property. The main house is very roomy, comfortable for 7-8 people. The attached apartment offers a very nice option if travelling with another family (couple), providing some privacy in a separate but attached living space. This property is perfect for families or couples travelling together. The property manager couldn't have been better to deal with. Absolutely positive experience staying here, and will recommend to friends who will travel in the future to the Netherlands. Would love to return.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in der Natur

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus rundum zufrieden. Wir hatte mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Jugendlichen genügend Platz und die Ausstattung war toll ! Der Garten ist ein Traum und lädt zum entspannen ein nach einem Besuch in den vielen schönen angrenzenden Städten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😍

Mooi huis in mooie omgeving.
