This delightful newly refurbished semi-detached 3 bedroom house is located near M1 and M11 motorways. This wonderful and recently modernized Serviced Apartment/House is a STEAL of a deal. With everything you could ever want in an apartment/ house Airbnb including a garden, King Bed AND Full Kitchen. The large Fire TV will even stream family friendly APPS (provided) on our FAST Wifi.

The whole house including front and back garden with plenty of free car parking space for 2-3 cars. Easy to park Vans as well.
Other things to note
Quiet spacious 3 bedroom house with 2 sofa beds in the lounge which are used as sofas, however can be sey up as single or double beds in the lounge. Convection oven perfect for baking bread. Blackout curtains and blinds are just perfect for a good night's sleep.

I had a confirmed prepaid booking at this location but on arrival was told it was not available and given a nearby 2 bedroom instead. The 2 bedroom was not only smaller and missing the BBQ and outdoor furniture in the one booked but not of a top standard. There were dirty clothes in the garden. The toilet seat in the main bathroom was the wrong size for the toilet making it uncomfortable. The fire alarm went off early one morning. The back bedroom was noisy with road traffic and also some sort of alarm that went on all night and into the morning on the second night. It was hot and the upstairs windows were not all openable so no cross breeze was possible. In only one room could upstairs windows be locked in an open position. One of the kitchen spatulas was put away dirty. There were not a lot of plates. On the positive side the garden was large and enclosed and the shower worked very well.
