Cosy Cottage in a prime location - Little Penty is a charming and surprising spacious terraced Fisherman's cottage in the heart of Padstow Old Town, a short walk from the quay but tucked away in a courtyard. The cottage is full of character and despite its convenient central location within the town is surprisingly quiet and secluded.

Entrance to Alma Place direct from 'Foodie Heaven' Middle Street.

Cosy living area with two seater sofas and two armchairs, Smart TV, CD/Radio player DVD player and electric log burner effect fire. Book case stocked with books to read and swap and board games for guest use.

Dining Area with table and stools

Galley Kitchen - equipped with all that's required for a self catering stay, including electric oven with hob, microwave, small George Foreman electric grill, toaster.

Hall has stairs leading to the first floor.

First Floor.

Bedroom 1 - double room with wardrobe and chest of drawers and Window overlooking front garden patio area.

Bedroom 2 - twin room with fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers and Roof light.

Family Bathroom: with WC, wash hand basin and bath with electric shower over, Heated towel rail.

Bedding: : Duvets, Pillows and Bed linen supplied, please bring your own towels

Outside: Private enclosed front patio area with garden table and chairs.

Electricity and Night Storage Heating included in Rental.

Changeover Day - Saturday.

Maximum 2 pets of small/medium size are accepted at Little Penty - at £25 per pet per week

Heart of Padstow

Little Penty is in ideal location in the heart of old town Padstow. The property is perfect for an outdoorsy holiday. The sun trap in the front garden for morning coffee and afternoon gins is perfect.

Padstow has a long and ancient maritime history, the harbour being nestled in to the west-side of the Camel Estuary offering protection from the prevailing south-westerly winds. The town boasts a labyrinth of crooked streets sloping down to the harbour where many fine medieval buildings can be found including the 15th century Abbey House on North Quay and the 16th century court house of Sir Walter Raleigh on the South Quay.
The surrounding coastline and countryside has been designated an area of outstanding natural beauty with many of North Cornwall's finest sandy beaches within a five mile radius.
Sailing and Watersports the Camel Estuary is a well established centre for watersports, including sailing and water skiing, boat charters are available from Padstow and craft can be moored in Padstow or launched from the Padstow Harbour Commissioners' Slipway.
Restaurants Padstow offers an excellent range of restaurants the Michelin starred restaurant of Paul Ainsworth's No. 6 and Rick Stein's renowned Seafood Restaurant both within a 5 minute walk; with many other restaurants and public houses offering excellent fare.
Leisure & Golf. The famous surfing beaches of Newquay, Polzeath and Constantine Bay are only a short drive away. The Trevose Golf and Country Club is located within approximately 3 miles, the course was bestowed with the honour of hosting the Amateur Brabazon Strokeplay Championship, bearing testament to the course's excellent credentials. The course also offers excellent tennis courts and swimming pool
