This 300 sqm villa can accommodate up to 10 guests across its three floors and five bedrooms. There are 5 bathrooms with showers for your convenience. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen-dining area, a spacious modern living room with a television offering satellite channels and Netflix, as well as a Blu-ray DVD player. Additionally, a relaxation area contains a Home Cinema, board games, and an Xbox One video game console for your entertainment.



La Villa also has a laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer, along with a second refrigerator and freezer. The outdoor spaces of the villa offer numerous options for relaxation and dining in the garden. You'll find a large terrace covered by a pergola, housing a summer kitchen with a BBQ, refrigerator, and sink, allowing you to enjoy your meals while gazing upon the beautiful Cretan landscape.



The villa boasts an infinity pool measuring 32 sqm (8m x 4m), which can be heated in May or October with an additional charge of 100 euros per day, with notice at least 3 days before arrival. Additionally, there is an exceptional, large wooden terrace surrounded by lush greenery.



Behind the villa, you'll discover a 200 sqm orchard, providing citrus fruits and seasonal fruits. There is also an area featuring a table tennis setup for your enjoyment. The property offers an open-air parking lot with space for up to 3 cars.



Please note that a security deposit of 1000 euros is required upon arrival, which will be returned at the time of departure. Additionally, the villa does not accept babies under 1 year old.
