Owner never sent us check in instructions and ignored the multiple inquiries I send via message through the app and voicemails. Only after I contacted VRBO customer service, did I get a message back from him and some dubious story about the place flooding. Even if this is true, why did he not send us check in instructions days or even a day in advance, and why did I have to spend my first morning in Milan on the phone with VRBO customer service?? What horrible customer service and what a horrible customer experience as I had to scramble to find a new place to stay from the Milan train station.
