ACCOMMODATION: You enter in the villa from the large living room with fireplace and comfortable sofa (sofa bed, can comfortably accommodate 2 children up to 12 years old). On the same area the kitchen is fully-equipped with 4 ring burner, oven, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. Available an external patio, perfect spot for memorable al fresco meals.

On the same floor is available a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning (only in the bedroom) and Wi-Fi internet connection available.

With a separate external entrance but in the same building is also available a laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities.

GARDEN: The villa is approached from a quiet road leading to automatic entrance gate.

The wooden table in the shade of a large oak tree, will be the ideal place for your breakfast or dinners.

The property is completely fenced, it is a point in favor for guests who stay with pets. Covered parking and BBQ available.
