It boasts a separate pigeonnaire on the property, which is a self contained one double bedroomed with ensuite uptairs with siting room and kitchen. This is fully air conditioned and has its own utility area, its own garden and easy access to the pool. The main house boasts a large kitchen and dining area as well as BBQ facilities outside with a table tennis table and large sun loungers for lazing by the pool. The nearest village of Lauzan is about 4 kilometres away, it has a bar, small supermarket and boulangerie. The Bastille town of Eymet is only 10 km away, with a twice weekly market in summer and lovely restaurants. Bergerac airport and centre are 35 mins away. Bike hire is in Eymet as is horse riding and golf courses are at Chateau Des Vigiers and Tombeboeuf.
