The apartment is located north of the old town. Ideal for visiting the museums and attractions of the city. The nearest beach, Playa de la Malagueta is 2.6km away (a half-hour walk). It is strategically located and within minutes you can find the most representative places of the city: it is only 10 minutes' walk from the Plaza de la Merced, 5 minutes from the University, it is also surrounded by restaurants, museums, supermarkets, and entertainment areas.
The apartment does not have parking. The public parking ¨Garage las Delicias¨ is located within 4 minutes' walking distance.
