Stylish Casares, 3 bedrooms large patio, terrace & communal pool
Lovely 3-bedroom house in a beautiful Andalucian white village and Mountains & Sea nearby.
The Communal swimming pool is in the same street & a Municipal pool with a kids pool is 2 mins drive away. Our house is great for family holidays, perfect for photographers or nature lovers. Nice walks nearby.
20 minutes from the sea (Sabinillas and Estepona), Marbella & Gibraltar are 40 minutes away. Malaga and the spectacular Ronda are 1 hour away. A car is recommended.
The master bedroom comes with a good en-suite bathroom equiped with a bath/ shower, double sinks and a super view of the castle. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. The family bathroom has a bath/shower and two sinks. Air conditioning, fans, and heating throughout the property. All windows have shutters.
The lounge diner has a sofa bed, another sofa, TV & Wifi and there is a ground-floor toilet.
The kitchen is a fair size and has a washing machine and dishwasher and a table for 4-6 people.
Relax or have a BBQ in the large patio sitting in the sun-protected pergola or sunbathe in total privacy as it is not overlooked.
Alternatively, enjoy the breathtaking roof terrace views which has a pergola to give shade in summer, and sunbeds (4 in total). The terrace is a good separate space to sunbathe in if you don't want to use the patio. You can dine in the patio, on the roof terrace, the lounge or kitchen.
This is our holiday home so we have decorated it to be a place we would like to stay at with our families. Guests have access to all areas except for 1 store room where we keep our clothes.

It is located in a small, whitewashed urbanisation on the outskirts of Casares. Each house is private and yet you are close enough to the kind neighbours who are both Spanish and European. The police station is 300 meters away so you can feel safe in the area.
The village is a great place to walk to, though there are local walks too. You can sunbathe in total privacy and won't feel cramped as the roof terrace and patio provide two different spaces to be.
The terrace has beautiful views of the mountains which are great for walking. There is a communal pool at the end of the street or a municipal pool with a main pool, kids pool, water activity, and a great place to sunbathe.
Alternatively, the beaches are only 20 minutes away in Sabinillas or Estepona. Lots to choose from include child-safe beaches at Christos beach.
