Fantastic three bedroom/two bathroom large apartment in Spain's Costa del Sol, ideally located in La Paloma between the marinas of Sotogrande and la Duquesa. Just one hour to Malaga's airport and thirty minutes to Gibraltar, access by public transportation is very easy. However, a car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the many amenities of the surrounding area and visit the nearby cities of Estepona, Marbella, Gibraltar, etc. The rental includes a large garage space.

You will appreciate the astonishing views from the living/dining room as well as from the master bedroom; and you will love the large terrace fully furnished and with direct access to the pool.

Walk to 'Playa de las Arenas' beach, located just 200 meters away and to the various beach bars where you can enjoy paellas, fresh seafood, and drinks at a very reasonable price.

SWIMMING POOL, GARDENS & TERRACES: For the confort of other guests and residents, The Committee have a ruling that no ball games are allowed anywhere on the complex, and no inflatable toys, lilos or similar items are permitted in the poool arrea. The beach over the road is the place for inflatables! If your children are playing games in the pool please ensure that consideration for others is shown at all times - this will ensure that everyone enjoys their holidays.

Excellent location. Great views. Wish they had an outdoor grill because there is a lovely outdoor area. We love to grill outdoors. Additional info about local places would have been helpful. Puerto Dusque was a very nice close option for dining

Vacaciones en Manilva

El apartamento es fantástico! Muy cómodo, amplio y fantásticas vistas. Muy bien situado para hacer excursiones. Buena piscina y urbanización tranquila y muy cuidada! La playa esta muy cerca aunque es recomendable ir en coche porque hay que cruzar una autovía sin paso de peatones. La recepción y la atención de Antonio, el propietario excelente!!! Nos ha encantado!!! Han sido unas fantásticas vacaciones!!!

Fantástica experiencia

La casa está realmente bien equipada, limpia y en perfectas condiciones de uso. 10 sobre 10. La playa está a cinco minutos andando (aunque hay que cruzar una carretera peligrosa). De todos modos, hay playas fantásticas a menos de 5 minutos en coche y además es muy fácil aparcar en ellas, por lo que recomiendo la opción del coche para ir a la playa. La casa es muy acogedora y perfectamente equipada, con una plaza de garaje muy amplia. La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido excepcional. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Muchas gracias Antonio y Linda.

Superbe vue sur la méditerrannée

Tout est très bien, seul bémol la route à traverser pour aller à la plage trop dangereuse, du coup il faut prendre la voiture pour s'y rendre. Gentillesse de l accueil, Antonio très réactif à chacune de vos demandes. Je conseille fortement cet appartement
