Listing says there is a laundry room. There isn’t. Not even a washing machine, even though listing shows one. Listing says there is a garden, after asking the host finally found the garden The path was overgrown, the garden was completely inaccessible Front window and glass in front door- filthy could not see out of windowFront window had one curtain missing and paint peeling, not as per photo on listingFront window would not close. The Landlord closed it but then we couldn’t open itThe internal glass in porch-hand prints all over it The accommodation was for 6 people, but there was only 3 forks, 5 plates, 5 knives and only half the toaster workedI had to wash my hands after opening the oven and freezer as the handles were sticky. Maintenance cleaned the freezer but left the broken up cleaning cloth in the floor.The fridge water dispenser had scum floating in it. Making it unusable We could not open front bedroom windowStruggled to open bathroom window and then couldn’t close itBack bedroom had no opening window/ventilation and the light did not work.The toilet seat was too small, therefore you were partially sitting on the bowl.On the whole the property was generally poorly maintained and grubby( settees) paint missing from walls. The details /photos on the listing are not accurate and are misleading.
