Luxury Spacious Flat with Communal Gardens and Parking

Walking distance to shops, bars, Spitalfields, Tower or London and tours by foot or bus. Access to public transport with tube 3 mins walk, all 3 bedrooms have king size beds with an additional movable on wheels two single beds fold up with pocket sprung mattresses, ground floor, each room has outside terrace and balcony, bikes to rent in the area less then a few minutes away, great location for visiting city of London. New building, with underfloor heating and accessible gardens.

The space is fresh, modern, clean and comfortable with a touch of elegance.

Guests may access the flat and gardens with a special gate for disabled guest plus balconies.

Situated walking distance to Tower bridge, Shoreditch, Whitechapel Galleries and the ever so famous for its bars and restaurants, Brick lane. Barbican is only a short distance and Boris bikes are available right outside the flat which will get you on the cycle route right up to Westminster Abbey and the Big Ben. Great for those needing to access City of London on work trips as walking distance from Bank and the City.

Parking is located on the road, and nearby car park less than one minute away, tube, Boris bikes and busses all within 1 min walk away, Black cabs and Ubers are all well versed with this location and you can hail a taxi down from the road within the area.

Private access to communal garden. Welcoming communal gardens a great space to unwind from hustle-and-bustle of the city. A cosy hub to enjoy a glass of bubbly on the terrace perhaps a coffee alfresco on your balcony or dining in elegant dining area within the property.

2. no parties, events, gathering or any guests - friends allowed in my property during your stay
3. no noise between 23.00-07.00am and this is checked by myself a fine of £1000 for events without permission
4. all guests need to have ID and presented at check in
5. check out no later then 10.00am
6. no shoes in the house please leave shoes at the entrance

The house is under constant watch by our security staff and events and gathering will be reported and handled with immediate effect.

Had the most wonderful time staying at this property. It’s a beautiful apartment and looks just like the photographs. The beds were especially comfortable. The hosts were very attentive and gifted us with a bottle of Prosecco. Thanks again for a lovely stay
