A lovely flat with a communal swimming pool in the city of Las Palmas, ideal for those who want shops and amenities just a short walk away. Sleeping up to 3 people, it is perfect for couples, families and business trips, thanks to its Wi-Fi connection. It features a cosy bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a sofa bed, offering direct access to the flat’s terrace – perfect for lunch or relaxing.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, Smart TV, lift, private parking and a swimming pool within the residential complex. Its location is excellent, on a quiet street, just a short walk from the Doctor Negrín University Hospital, surrounded by shops and less than a 7-minute drive from Las Canteras beach.
There are rules of coexistence in the property that must be respected.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, hairdryer, 100mb fibre optic WiFi, Smart TV, private parking, lift, gym, communal paddle tennis court and swimming pool, sheets and towels, and much more.

It is possible to reserve the paddle tennis court for a maximum of one hour per day. To make a reservation, please contact the concierge.

Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a 15€ surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm

Peaceful except for building work

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our holiday. However, although we were very impressed with the communications re arrival time etc the actual face to face check in was very disappointing. After a 30 min wait for your colleague to arrive with the keys we felt that she was not helpful. She was rushed and wanted to leave after handing us a bunch of keys with little explanation of how to gain access to the apartment. She was rushed and impatient. Contact with the main office had been excellent and this particular colleague let your company down. We booked the accommodation mainly because it had a pool but were disappointed that a 6 story apartment block was being built adjacent to it. We chose not to use the pool which was actually in the middle of a building site.

Estupendo apartamento con ascensor, terraza y piscina comunitaria

Ideal si lo que quieres es estar en Las Palmas muy cerca del hospital y con acceso rápido a la autopista. Con todas las comodidades y servicios cerca de la vivienda. Disfrutamos mucho de la terraza y la piscina comunitaria del complejo. 100% Recomendable!
